How every payment is protected.

From the moment a payment is created to the moment it reaches your wallet.

  1. 01

    A contract for every payment

When you create a payment, it gets its own deposit contract. Your payout address, fallback and minimum are fixed in it at that moment.

  2. 02

    Your customer pays into it

The customer sends funds to that payment’s deposit address. No wallet connection or signing is needed on their side.

  3. 03

    It can only pay you

Settlement sends the funds to the terms locked in the contract. Nobody can change where a payment goes once it is created.

  4. 04

    Anyone can settle

Settlement does not depend on UnizPay. If we were offline, you could still release your funds.

Contracts

Rules nobody can change.

The deposit contracts are fixed. Not by policy, but by how they are built.

Terms locked on-chain.

Your payout address, fallback and minimum are fixed in each payment's deposit contract when it's created.

No admin keys.

The contracts can't be upgraded, paused or changed by anyone.

Anyone can settle.

If UnizPay were offline, you could still release your funds.

Verified changes.

Changing where you're paid needs an emailed code and your PIN, and every owner is told.

Your account, locked down.

Controls around your payouts and your team, on top of the contracts.
